D and R Press is a visual communications studio that focuses on helping its clients grow through print, design, and branding. Our company has been around since 1972 working with many of the city's biggest names to help with any and all of their printing needs. We offer the finest in offset printing, digital printing, letterpress printing, and wide format services. We will take your concept and help you enhance it or provide you with fresh ideas.

The graphic design intern will assist in shaping the visual graphics required for various digital and/or print marketing assets and images.
Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.
Suitable for students majoring in Graphic Design or Social Media Marketing
Proficient in graphic design and simple video creation (such as for social media ads, tutorials, client materials, etc.)
Essential Job Duties :
Ability to work with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
Analyze files provided by clients or in-house design teams and assess suitability for printing, checking, and double-checking critical aspects of images and text
Troubleshoot and fix file issues, including alignment, color, clarity, and other image and typography problems, as well as manipulating for bleeds
Create proofs for client or design team review, making needed adjustments in response to feedback, then creating new proofs until the final design is approved
Selects colors, fonts, photographs, layout, and other design elements to communicate creative concepts
Design visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software
create fliers, spec sheets, and corporate material.
Will Work with external clients to create labels, screen prints, logos, and brochures.
Design promotional material for our company
Work closely with Senior Art Director- Justine
