Sales Program Coordinator

As a Sales Program Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support our Vectorworks Service Select program and build lasting relationships with Vectorworks customers and partners. You will coordinate activities and functions of the Vectorworks Service Select program to establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

In this role, you should expect to:
 
  • Coordinate program efforts with team members and other departments to achieve monthly sales goals
  • Support daily billing-related operations and continued development of billing processes as part of the Service Select renewal process
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Proactively follow our maintenance program customers through the contracting and renewal process
  • Uphold and enforce program policies to customers, fellow team members, and sales team
  • Contact customers and resolve account and renewal issues, providing a holistic approach
  • Provide feedback to management about current contract and renewal statistics
  • Maintain input of new & existing client information into the Order Center and CRM databases
  • Support the development of the maintenance program
  • Assist in creating and deploying materials and campaigns directed at contract retention
  • Work with the support team to support sales staff through research and reporting of customer information

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma and five years of related work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or a related field preferred and 2 years of related work experience is preferred
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SAP or otherCRM database applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A pleasant phone voice, an ability to speak clearly and articulately, and good organizational skills
  • Able to maintain positive contacts within all levels of the organization to explain and interpret information or ideas and follow up on client requests
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Experience in a sales environment
  • Experience in Salesforce and PayPal Manager
