Digital Marketing and Social Media intern

Start: December 2020
Duration: 6 months - oriented to full job hiring. 
Working hours per week: 40

• Paid internship (working also with academic credits). Hardware and Software necessary to work will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be a senior or recent graduate with previous internship experience. We are very interested in someone who believes in what we are doing and looking to possibly continue full-time after completing this internship and their degree.

Where you Work:
This opportunity is based in our headquarters in Indiana (Lake County), the first 3 months could be operated remotely.

Essential Duties
  • Implement and manage the company's digital presence including our website, email marketing, and digital advertising/SEO.
  • Find and monitor influencers to collaborate with.
  • Manage relationships with influencers.
  • Data/results analysis.
  • Manage content creation with graphic designers to ensure graphics, and data specifications for any communication are met.
  • Create, manage and execute the social media calendar and platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok.
  • Manage and implement written and visual/multimedia content for digital marketing, including ads, social media networks, etc.  
  • Implement email campaigns and other marketing collateral.
  • Assist with the analytics and tracking of all marketing campaigns and SEO efforts
  • using Google Analytics or other tools.
  • Identify and monitor key performance indicators for marketing effectiveness ensuring that marketing strategies are grounded in data and analytics. Provide regular reports to the leadership to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results.
  • Provide direction and oversight of all enrollment marketing strategies ensuring a clear and consistent brand strategy.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, staying informed of industry best practices and innovative strategies.
  • Assist and organize events as needed.
  • Manages special projects and/or serve on committees as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

We are an Italian beauty company, with more than 15 years of operation in our country. By the end of 2020, we are going to bring our business to the US with a facility that will carry on both B2B and B2C Business. 
As far as B2B is concerned, Labophyto USA aims to be a specialized green make- up formulator, R&D lab, and toll manufacturer, which sells products to many different companies, from cosmetics brands to retailer chains and beauty shops. We will manufacture and distribute Organic and Natural certified make-up. 
Whereas concerning B2C, Cosmyfy is an innovative project, that aims to provide consumers with very special products. Exploiting the connection created between influencers (icons) and their followers. 
In November 2018 Cosmyfy (www.cosmyfy.com/en) was born in Italy from a spin-off of our production company Labophyto, a project that offers one of the most innovative business models of the beauty market. We revolutionized the sector, giving the
possibility to selected influencers to create their own make-up lines, giving life to e- commerce that offers the most talked- about products on the web.

We stand out from competitors presenting on the market cutting-edge products, that are designed by our icons (influencers) upon their followers’ desires. Innovation is one of the pillars of the Cosmyfy project, we wanted to overturn the direction of the beauty sector, developing products directly following the requests of the consumers, represented by the Icon.
The icons are influencers who know the needs of their own web communities and Cosmyfy aims to provide each of them with the products they have always wanted, at affordable prices and without ever renouncing to quality, guaranteed by our production partner Labophyto USA.
The global cosmetic market is constantly growing, thanks to the increasing demand for cosmetics of all kinds. Organic and natural products have been under the spotlight in recent years, being the trend with the highest potential of growth in the years to come.
Cosmyfy represents a huge innovation in the cosmetic industry, it is not a brand, it is a system which allows influencers to create their own brands and products to be sold to the consumers, who are more informed now than ever, thanks to the pervasion of the web and information technology in our daily lives.
The connection between consumers is another key trend to understand the power of social media and influencers in the cosmetic industry.
The relationship between consumers and influencers requires producers to launch innovative and high-quality products that can stand out from competitors. Nothing similar to the Cosmyfy project is actually on the market; Cosmyfy is a new business model.
We launched Cosmyfy in 2018 on the Italian and European markets and it was a great success. We disrupted the balance and shook the attention of digital consumers. We believe that launching this project on a wider market, as the US one, would lead to even greater results.
Labophyto and Cosmyfy USA are a start-up manufacturing and commercial firm, despite being a newborn, we are going to support its development with the know- how acquired by our Italian partner.
The Italian team will take care of teaching to the newborn USA team all they have learned in these years. Any managing department of the new USA company may have the possibility to learn from the Italian team, exploiting their ten-year experience.
