Platform Specialist
Periodic is a custom booking platform that helps marketing/advertising agencies, auto dealerships, home service companies, and many others book more appointments. Our office is located in The Dimension Mill, a beautiful 19k sq/ft converted space near IU’s campus just off of 10th Street.
As a Platform Specialist you will work with the Director of Customer Success and Platform Specialist team to:
- work with our software engineers within the Scrum development process
- test new features with the dev team
- identify and document bugs in the platform
- interact with customers from all over the world
- offer first-tier support using Intercom
- assist in Knowledge Base documentation
