Design Assistant

Alexandra Kaehler Design is looking for a design assistant to join our team. We are a residential interior design firm located in Winnetka, Illinois, just north of downtown Chicago. We are looking for someone who can jump in and help us with an incredibly exciting calendar of projects.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Putting together quotes from vendors

• Helping with projects and preparation for presentations

• Scheduling and overseeing deliveries

• Measuring clients' homes for drawing plans and elevations in AutoCAD

• Maintaining organization of the fabric library

• Gathering and returning product samples

• Assisting senior designers on the team
