Leadership Program Facilitator

Leadership Facilitators work with participants of all ages to develop strong leadership and collaborative skills. In this position, you may work with children ages 10-14 in our Summer Camp program, teenage Outpost participants bound for long-term wilderness trips, facilitate small groups from our visiting schools groups, and a wide variety of community organizations. You will lead these groups through a progression of team building and problem solving activities. Throughout the summer, these activities will include facilitating low and high ropes course activities and solo-leading 3 to 4 day wilderness trips. Other responsibilities and tasks may be asked of our Leadership Facilitators during their employment, which can be found in more detail on our website. Starting wage: $465/week + room/board. (Minimum age: 18)
