Summer Camp College Staff
Bair Lake Bible Camp (BLBC) exists to inspire this generation to encounter God!
As a Summer Staffer at BLBC, you will have the opportunity to:
- Impact lives for Christ by sharing the gospel with campers and demonstrating the hands-on love of Jesus Christ
- Create meaningful relationships in both the professional and personal realms
- Engage in spiritual growth through small group, biblical study, communal worship, and corporate prayer
- Be discipled by full-time staff and their families
- Gain priceless experience in multiple jobs
Summer Staffers rotate through various positions on camp to gain multiple service experiences. We have several paid positions available, including:
- Cabin Leader
- Day Camp Assistant Director
- Day Camp Group Leader
- Lifeguard
- Audio/Visual Technician
- Craft Leader
- Adventure Challenge Educator (ACE)
- Kitchen Host
- Maintenance Leader
- Housekeeping Leader
