Junior Multimedia Designer
Calling all marketing + production designers who have experience taking photos and videos! Our local manufacturing client, Rhinestahl is looking for a marketing design specialist to join their team.
This is a full-time direct hire role.
The multimedia designer will be responsible for:
- Designing external and internal marketing collateral (mostly templated or within brand standards). Collateral includes small and large print format digital and print graphics, invitations, advertisements, promotional materials, social media graphics and more
- Working alongside creative agency for visual and brand designs
- Photographing marketing ready product and service images for content
- Producing videos including editing and production
- Developing PowerPoint presentations
- Updating social media accounts and designing and writing compelling content
- Designing and production email marketing campaigns via Constant Contact
- Coordinating design materials for trade shows and conferences and designing content
- Managing ongoing projects and deadlines
- Maintaining digital assets, photos and images in libraries
- Working directly with vendors to ensure compliance on all branding and processes
- Supporting all marketing team members with day to day needs
- Editing website content via WordPress
- Traveling for photoshoots
The multimedia designer must have:
- Degree in graphic design, communication design or marketing
- 2+ years of marketing and design experience
- Expert level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Design experience in WordPress preferred
- Experience using Constant Contact, Hootsuite, and Survey Monkey preferred
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint
- Some experience with digital marketing such as web, social media, etc.
- Experience taking photographs for marketing materials
- Experience with light video editing
- Energetic, enthusiastic and great can do attitude
- Collaborative mindset
- Ability and interest in working in mostly templated designs, not a ton of freedom for conceptual design
- Excellent project management skills and organizational skills
- Ability to travel for photoshoots occasionally
