An Internship with Corporate Accounting & Finance:
We are looking for college juniors and seniors with the right combination of enthusiasm basic
understanding of accounting and finance principles, and organization and communication skills for
our Corporate Accounting & Finance internship experience.
As a Corporate Accounting & Finance Intern, you will have an immersive, real-world experience
through working directly within the Core Specialty Corporate Accounting & Finance Team and learning about the accounting and finance operations in a multibillion-dollar insurance company. Working alongside our team, the Corporate Accounting & Finance Intern can expect to complete real world work deliverables.
The Core Specialty Corporate Accounting & Finance Intern should be a motivated team player who can maintain efficiency and accuracy when multitasking. To be a strong candidate for our Corporate Accounting & Finance Internship, you should possess a basic understanding of accounting and finance principles. You should carry a positive attitude and enjoy collaboration. You should be trustworthy, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn.
Internship program overview:
- Cross-functional exposure to the various aspects of Corporate Accounting & Finance; Financial Reporting, Investments, Tax, Financial Planning & Analysis
- Exposure to the accounting and finance operations of a multibillion-dollar insurance company
- Opportunity to contribute towards team goals and prepare deliverables
Desired qualifications:

- Must be a current junior or senior college student actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Masters in Accounting or Finance
- Strong academic performance, including completion of introductory accounting and/or finance courses and a basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Interested in learning more about and working in the property & casualty insurance market
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
- Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship
