Talent Acquisition Intern, Technology

Responsibilities

  • Intern Project: Applicant Tracking System analysis and optimization support
    • Inventory and catalogue ATS email templates and forms, and reports, identifying duplicates.
       
    • Research ATS best practices for efficiency, and provide recommendations for potential improvements
    • Participate as member of ATS optimization team, assisting with with tracking optimization progress
    • Run ad-hoc reports within ATS, as needed
  • Monitor job postings in iCIMS for consistency and format, as needed. 
  • Assist with compiling and quality checking applicant tracking data for annual AAP/EEO Reporting  
  • Administrative Coordination: 
  • Maintain spreadsheets for upcoming intern end dates and employment changes. 
  • Draft extension and benefits eligibility letters for interns.  
  • Monitor Talent Acquisition email inbox and route requests to appropriate party. 
  • Perform general data entry tasks.  

 

Learning Objectives

Through direct experience, the TAI-Tech will learn the importance of applicant data integrity and compliance and gain a basic to intermediate proficiency in ATS reporting and analysis.  The TAI-Tech will also gain basic understanding of the role of technology in sustainably improving the recruiting hiring lifecycle.
