Digital Marketing Associate

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Social Media Ads Management: Deploy, manage, and report on online ad initiatives. 
  • Email Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of automated email marketing campaigns, including managing data, creating templates, and analyzing campaign results.
  • Web Management Support: Assist as needed in daily updates, QA, and other tasks associated with the general upkeep of the g-w.com ecommerce website and Blog. 
  • SEO and SEM: Collaborate with the team to optimize our website for search engines (SEO) and assist with the management of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for various digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategies.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Digital Marketing role. Edtech, Education, or Publishing industries preferred. 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, GTM, W-CMS platforms, email marketing automation software, and social media ads management tools.
  • Basic understanding of HTML.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
  • Strong passion for digital marketing with a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking, problem solving, and an eye for detail.
