IT Specialist (Customer Support)

This role is open to Recent Graduates who have obtained a qualifying associates, bachelors, masters, professional, doctorate, vocational or technical degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution within the previous 2 years or other applicable period.

 

This role will diagnose and resolves recurring problems in response to customer reported incidents. Installs, configures, and tests software on customer workstations; and installs, configures, upgrades, and troubleshoots hardware and software components. Assists teams responsible for planning and delivering a full range of customer support service to the organization. Presents formal and informal training, guidance, and assistance to customers. Provides routine advice and guidance to customers requesting information on established policy or procedures, including those related to information security.
