SPORTS CONSULTING INTERN 

New York, NY

THE RUNDOWN 

Playfly Sports is looking for a Sports Consulting Intern to join our team in New York, NY. Within our 10-week paid Playfly Summer Internship Program, you’ll be immersed into the business side of sports and join our team of talented professionals. Through hands-on experience, projects, and mentoring, you’ll learn the fundamental skills and knowledge it takes to have a career in sports while developing yourself professionally and personally. 

  

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH  

  • Conduct research and leverage internal syndicated resources to prepare for meetings
  • Track industry news and trends to identify potential opportunities
  • Prepare necessary materials and organization for upcoming meetings
  • Support client services teams managing projects and deliverables, including joining partner and client calls
  • Participate in concept ideation and brainstorms
  • Conduct vendor or partner outreach for client projects
  • Support in the planning and development of experiential events and hospitality
  • Attend all internship events and participate in projects and assignments
  • All other duties as assigned

INTERNSHIP DETAILS & APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY 

  • Must be entering senior year of Bachelor’s program or second year of Master’s program, with a graduation date of December 2024 or later
  • Must be available to work June 3, 2024 – Aug 8, 2024, 32 hours/week, $16/hour, Monday – Thursday
  • Candidates are strictly limited to applying to a maximum of TWO positions
