Editorial Coordinator (Entry Level)

Job Responsibilities:
· Scheduling, monitoring, reporting and collecting print and digital advertising campaigns for travel clients
· Work with writers, editors and clients to ensure stories are published seamlessly
· Responsible for facilitating workflow and communication, ensuring deadlines are efficiently met
· Post stories to social media
Requirements for the ideal candidate includes project scheduling, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), proven ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of production, being a high-energy and positive individual. The ideal candidate should also be a great collaborator, capable of focusing on both the big picture and small details.
Location:
This is an in-office position at our Willowbrook, Illinois office, a near western suburb of Chicago.
