Position Overview

 

Get real life experience working with the Core Spaces internal design team and external consultants creating some of the most innovative and inspiring living spaces for both college students and build to rent communities across the country.

 

What You Will Do

 

  • Help facilitate Schematic Design process by collaborating with the design team to create 3D models and rendering studies
  • Assist with development of the Core Design Standards Manual
  • Participate in internal design project reviews and coordination meetings
  • Assist with building and organizing the material library
  • Gain exposure to the real estate development industry and learn how a project moves from concept to completion
  • Occasional travel may be necessary as needed
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management
  • Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation

 

Ideally, you'll have

 

  • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills with the ability to work on multiple deadlines at once
  • Be enrolled in an accredited program to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • Software Program expertise in ACAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite
     

You'll crush it if you have experience with

 

  • Prior internship experience
  • Enscape and/or Sketchup
  • Graphic Design & Branding
