Business Management Trainee

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a leadership role within the assigned event or team
- Oversee events and maintain relationships with the managers
- Learn how to coach, mentor and motivate others
- Interviewing and onboarding new associates
Skills & Must-Haves:
- Pursuing a degree in community studies, marketing, business, management, communications or related field preferred, relevant college coursework will also be accepted
- Effectively balance strategic thinking and execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-confident and outgoing personality.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to think outside the box.
- Creative mindset.
- Knowledge of multiple social media outlets to increase the visibility of the organization's mission
